ABOUT THE PROJECT

The products in the Weleda Skinfood range are not just skincare, but can also create great effects in decorative cosmetics. We were able to prove this with the creative content surrounding the launch of the “Skin Food Face Make-up Glow Effect Box by The Face - art academy”. After all, who better to demonstrate the innovative use of the products than the best make-up academy in Germany? As part of a comprehensive creative consultancy on collaboration and art direction, we realized the potential of the Skinfood series in an emotional and visually strong campaign. From brainstorming to realization, the focus was on concept development in the field of beauty and decorative cosmetics. The unexpected use of the three hero products was captured in various content pieces. The Lip Butter was used as a lipstick corrector and the Dry Oil served as a binding agent for a self-created highlighter - just two of the “glow hacks” that can be implemented with the box contents. The make-up artists are no strangers: Leon Basel is a former participant in the television show GLOW-UP on ZDFneo. Tanja Gravina is known in the industry for her incomparably experimental style and her unconventional view of beauty. For the eye make-up, she was inspired by the juicy green of the Skinfood ingredients catering the style and taste of gen-z.
